Flat spots In order to ensure the panel carries the correct characteristics of it application, flat spots can also be applied to the glass allowing for additional items to be attached to the glass. In the same way as Glazing Borders allow for accurate fixing, flat spots work in a similar fashion. For example, if you were creating a frameless door, flat spots would be applied to cover the exact location of the fixing for a clean fit. Alternatively, metal signage or imagery can be applied.
